Allison Roby, a life-long resident of Elwood, began serving as Clerk-Treasurer in 2012. She graduated from Elwood Community High School in 2003 and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising in 2006 from the University of Southern Indiana.  Allison is a member of the Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.  She obtained her IAMC (Indiana Accredited Municipal Clerk) in 2024 after obtaining many continuing educational credits and attending Clerk-Treasurer conferences.  Allison is the daughter of Tim and Novella Roby.  She lives with her son, Reed Atwood and her boyfriend, David Cooper.  In her free time, she coaches basketball and is a board member for the Elwood Youth Basketball.
