Elwood City Utilities
The City of Elwood has two water treatment plants served by nine water wells. In addition, there are two elevated water storage tanks serving the city with 1.5 million gallons available storage. The city completed some upgrades to the water system. This included the rebuilding of 5 wells, the rehabilitation of both water treatment plants and the addition of a water maintenance building.
